Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bhubaneswar and involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring budgets, and assisting with cash flow management.



The Accountant will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies, while maintaining accurate documentation and records. Responsibilities also include supporting internal and external audits, preparing periodic financial reports for management, and collaborating with clinic and administrative teams to optimize financial processes.
Qualifications

• Solid proficiency in core accounting functions, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring for small or medium-sized organizations.
• Knowledge of applicable tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit procedures within the healthcare or service sector.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and spreadsheets, along with solid MS Office skills (especially Excel).
