What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and follow up with leads.
Understand customer requirements and explain our products and services clearly.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, and follow-up updates in the CRM.




Follow up with leads and customers to ensure timely responses and a positive experience.
Meet daily calling, talk-time, and team performance targets.
Build trust through polite, professional, and helpful communication.

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, or a client-facing role.
Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confidence in handling customer calls and managing multiple queries.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including Excel/Google Sheets and email.
Familiarity with CRM tools and follow-up processes.
A positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
