We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Credentialing Specialist to manage US healthcare provider enrollment and credentialing processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with US insurance payer enrollment, credentialing platforms, and provider databases, along with the flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Key Responsibilities• Provider Enrollment: Complete and submit provider enrollment applications to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance carriers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation requirements.
• Credentialing Coordination: Collect,



verify, and organize provider documentation for initial credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
• Database Management: Maintain and update provider enrollment records, internal trackers, and credentialing statuses to ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.
• Payer Communication: Coordinate with insurance payers and provider networks to resolve enrollment issues, delays, and requests for additional information.
• Compliance: Ensure all enrollment and credentialing activities comply with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations, particularly those applicable to post-acute care.
• Provider Support: Act as a point of contact for healthcare providers and administrative teams regarding enrollment progress and credentialing-related queries.
• Regular Follow-ups: Follow up with insurance payers to track application progress, resolve pending issues, and expedite approvals.
