Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in both Manual Testing and Selenium Automation using Java. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing automation frameworks, executing end-to-end testing, and ensuring software quality across complex enterprise applications. Experience in the Semiconductor domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements and create comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Build, enhance, and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks using Java.
• Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, Sanity,



and End-to-End testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Develop reusable automation scripts and improve test coverage.
• Participate in Sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospective meetings.
• Generate test execution reports and communicate testing status to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and drive QA best practices.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor, independently driving testing activities, automation development, defect tracking, and delivery with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 5-12 years of overall QA experience with strong Automation testing and Manual expertise.
• Robust hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Good experience in TestNG, JUnit, and JSyst
