About the Role:
We’re looking for a Content & Creative Strategist who can understand a brand, its customers and products — and turn that into strong content ideas and plans. You’ll own the thinking behind the content:
Persona → Product → Hook → Angle → Format → CTA
You’ll work closely with performance marketers, creators,



editors and AI production teams to take ideas from strategy to execution.

What You’ll Do:
• Build weekly/monthly content plans for DTC brands.
• Develop concepts for Meta ads, organic Reels, UGC and AI influencer content.
• Research competitors, creators, trends and high-performing ads.
• Identify the right products, personas, hooks, formats and offers to test.
• Analyse creative performance and decide what to iterate next.
• Create clear briefs and references for the production team.
• Build recurring content formats and series for brands.
• Help develop AI influencers — their persona, content style and brand integrations.

What We’re Looking For:
• 1–4 years in creative strategy, content strategy, social media, advertising or DTC.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form content.
• Positive understanding of performance creative / Meta ads.
• Strong consumer and brand intuition.
