Key Area of Responsibilities:
• Direct Tax compliance: Compile corporate tax returns, tax audit reports, advance tax computation etc.
• Withholding tax (TDS) Compliance:



Ensure timely deduction of TDS, deposit of TDS, filing quarterly returns.
• GST Compliance:
• Manage GST compliance including filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C, where applicable, input tax credit eligibility, reverse charge mechanism applicability, liaison with tax consultants.
• Filing of refund application for export related activities.
• Tax Accounting & Reporting:
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual tax provisioning.
• Compute current tax and deferred tax as per applicable accounting standards.
• Transfer Pricing & International Tax:
• Compile Form 3CEB, liaising with tax consultants and regional team for Transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking.
• Treaty benefit analysis and Form 15CA/15CB compliance.
• Form 3CEB compliance.
• Tax Assessments & litigation: Compile and review responses to notices from tax authorities, track litigation matters, appeals, rectifications, refund
