Position: Company Secretary
? Location: Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi
? Experience: 0–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience
? CTC: ₹6-₹7.5 LPA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timely compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Manage statutory records, registers, filings, and corporate documentation.
• Support Board and shareholder meetings, including notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
• Monitor regulatory updates and advise management on relevant compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams,



auditors, consultants, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Support basic finance and accounting activities, including financial statement review, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Conduct regulatory and financial research and ensure timely closure of compliance activities.
• Coordinate with the overseas subsidies in Dubai, US and France.
• Compliance with the overseas laws as well as Indian laws applicable to foresign subsidies.
• Coordinate with our Banking partners.
• Overseeing the accounting and finance function.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified Company Secretary and member of ICSI.
• 0–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of FEMA, Company Law, Corporate Governance, and statutory compliance.
