About HarnessHarness is building an AI-native commercial insurance brokerage for small businesses in the US.
Insurance is still an incredibly manual industry. Producers spend too much time filling forms, chasing underwriters, comparing quotes, fixing documents, following up with customers, and moving information between systems.
We are building software and AI agents to do most of that work.
The humans on our team do the harder part: make good decisions, solve problems, move fast, and win.

What you’ll doYou will work directly with our US producers and own the execution behind live customer opportunities.
A typical day might involve:
• A restaurant owner needs coverage today. Figure out what is missing and get the submission moving.
• An underwriter comes back with five questions. Get the answers and unblock the quote.




• Three quotes come back. Use AI to compare them and identify significant coverage differences.
• A customer finds a cheaper competitor quote. Figure out why and help us win the account.
• A contractor needs proof of insurance in 20 minutes. Get it done correctly.
• Our AI generated something incorrectly. Catch it before it reaches the customer and help engineering fix the underlying workflow.
• A process is broken. Create the workaround, keep the customer moving, and help us make sure it never breaks that way again.

You will use ChatGPT, Claude and our internal AI systems heavily every day.
This is not a role where we hand you a checklist and expect you to repeat it forever. The software, workflows and expectations will evolve constantly.
