Key Responsibilities:
Design Development:
•Support concept and schematic design stages for residential projects.
•Prepare, review, and modify architectural drawings, layouts, and design details.
•Ensure compliance with design standards, building by-laws, and DCR norms.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders and consultants to refine design with intent.
•Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape teams for integrated design solutions. Coordination & Execution:
•Manage architectural coordination during design and execution phases.
•Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project management teams for timely design deliverables.
•Conduct design reviews and resolve on-site design-related issues.
•Track and update drawing deliverables, approvals, and revisions.
•Ensure design quality and alignment with project timelines and budgets.





Candidate Profile:
•Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
•12 + years of experience in residential projects with a developer firm.
•Strong exposure to both design and project coordination.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office; exposure to SketchUp or similar tools is an advantage.
•Good understanding of local byelaws, building codes, and approval processes.
•Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Key Competencies:
