Job Purpose
To drive sales growth, distributor management, market development, collections, and customer engagement across the assigned territory while ensuring achievement of business targets, payment collections, and sustainable distributor profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned region.
• Develop and expand the customer base across poultry, cattle, aqua, feed mills, integrators, and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration.
• Execute sales strategies and promotional activities to increase market share.

Distributor Management
• Appoint, develop, and manage distributors within the territory.
• Monitor distributor inventory, stock movement, and liquidation plans.
• Ensure healthy stock levels and minimize ageing inventory.
• Support distributors in achieving sales and collection objectives.

Collections & Working Capital Management
• Drive timely collection of outstanding payments and achieve DSO targets.




• Monitor customer credit exposure and payment behavior.
• Coordinate with distributors and customers for overdue recovery.
• Ensure adherence to company credit policies.

Customer Relationship Management
• Build robust relationships with feed millers, integrators, consultants, veterinarians, farmers, and channel partners.
• Conduct regular customer visits and technical-commercial discussions.
• Address customer queries and coordinate with the technical team for solutions.

Market Intelligence
• Track competitor activities, pricing, new product launches, and market trends.
• Provide market feedback and growth opportunities to management.
• Identify emerging opportunities in the Animal Nutrition segment.

Business Planning & Reporting
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and business plans.
• Track sales performance against targets.
• Submit periodic reports on sales, collections, stock status, market developments, and key customer updates.
