We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to drive product marketing and product management initiatives, including product strategy, market positioning, go-to-market execution, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, competitive landscapes, and product lifecycle management.
The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, business development, and leadership, to develop and execute product strategies that align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Experience in EdTech, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or digital learning platforms will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Management
• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Identify market opportunities, customer requirements, and emerging industry trends to drive product innovation.
• Lead product lifecycle management, from ideation and development to launch, adoption,



and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements and customer feedback into actionable product strategies.

2. Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy
• Develop and execute product marketing strategies to strengthen market positioning and drive business growth.
• Define product value propositions, messaging, target customer segments, and competitive differentiation.
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for recent product launches and existing product enhancements.
• Develop sales enablement materials, product presentations, market-facing content, and positioning documents.
• Partner with sales and business development teams to generate demand, improve customer acquisition, and increase product adoption.
