Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role based in Coimbatore. The Sales Professional will engage prospective clients, understand their needs, and present appropriate retirement community solutions and property options. Responsibilities include managing leads, conducting site visits, delivering presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and channel partners. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for pricing, documentation, and closing sales, as well as maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales reporting tools. The Sales Professional will also support marketing initiatives, participate in events and campaigns, and provide regular updates on market trends and competitor activities.




Qualifications
• Strong customer relationship and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with senior citizens and their families.
• Sales and negotiation skills, including lead management, pipeline handling, and closing property or services-based deals.
• Basic knowledge of real estate or senior living industry, with the ability to explain community features, pricing, and processes in a concise manner.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and common office software for documentation, reporting, and follow-up tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages (such as Tamil) is highly beneficial.
• Robust interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
