About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Online Bidder with experience in Upwork and Fiverr to generate business opportunities, acquire new clients, and drive revenue growth for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify relevant projects on Upwork and opportunities on Fiverr to generate qualified leads.
• Prepare and submit customized proposals on Upwork based on project requirements.
• Create, optimize, and manage Fiverr gigs to improve visibility and generate inquiries.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and project scopes.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate project terms, and convert leads into clients.
• Maintain records of bids, leads, client communications, and conversion rates.
• Monitor platform trends, competitor activities,



and bidding strategies to improve results.
• Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

Required Skills:
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Upwork and Fiverr.
• Understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and digital solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in proposal writing, lead generation, client handling, and negotiation.
• Ability to identify suitable projects and submit competitive proposals.
• Knowledge of Upwork bidding strategies and Fiverr gig optimization.
• Target-oriented approach with a focus on client acquisition and business growth.

Preferred Candidate
• Experience working with an IT services or software development company.
• A proven track record of winning projects through Upwork and Fiverr.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and client conversations independently.
