About the Role
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented qualified to manage the settlement and reconciliation of costs associated with shuttle vessel services and partner-carrier arrangements. The role involves validating cost submissions, reconciling accruals, investigating discrepancies, maintaining cost reference data, and ensuring accurate and timely financial and operational reporting.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in shipping, maritime operations, logistics, transportation planning, or financial reconciliation, along with advanced Excel skills and the ability to independently manage large datasets and stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities
• Cost and Accrual Reconciliation: Reconcile internal cost and accrual figures with partner-carrier submissions for shuttle services, validating voyage details,



capacity allocation, bunker costs, round-voyage days, and vessel speed assumptions.
• Cost Deviation Analysis: Investigate discrepancies in cost submissions and identify root causes related to consumption, pricing, operational data, or planning assumptions.
• Operational and Schedule Alignment: Monitor vessel deployment against planned schedules and ensure operational deviations are appropriately reflected in settlement calculations.
• Partner Coordination: Liaise with partner carriers and internal stakeholders to clarify discrepancies, validate supporting documents, and resolve non-standard cost items.
• Cost Analysis and Pricing Models: Work with cost structures, pricing assumptions, fuel price curves, exchange rates, and charter rate inputs to support accurate settlement calculations.
