Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Manager – Legal with 5–8 years of relevant experience to manage and support the company’s legal and contractual requirements. The role will provide legal support across customer and vendor contracts, commercial transactions, telecom and technology-related matters, legal risk management, notices, disputes, compliance, and corporate governance. The Manager – Legal will work closely with Sales, Business, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Technology, HR, and senior management to ensure that business transactions are legally sound, commercially practical, and appropriately risk-managed.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management & Commercial Legal
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize customer and vendor agreements.
• Review MSAs, service agreements, NDAs, SLAs, purchase agreements, work orders, amendments, and other commercial contracts.
• Support Sales and Business teams in reviewing customer-specific contractual requirements.
• Identify contractual risks relating to liability, indemnity, termination, payment,



SLA commitments, warranties, confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
• Maintain a structured repository and tracker for contracts, renewals, notices, and key contractual obligations.
• Support contract negotiations while balancing business requirements and legal risk.
• Telecom & Technology Legal Support
• Provide legal support for telecom, connectivity, cloud, data center, managed services, voice, security, and technology-related transactions.
• Review customer and partner agreements involving network infrastructure, data centers, cloud services, voice solutions, and managed services.

Legal Risk Management
• Identify legal and contractual risks in business transactions and recommend practical mitigation measures.
• Develop standard clauses, templates, contract playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.
