Role Overview

Prochant is looking for an experienced Associate Director – Quality to lead enterprise-wide quality, compliance, and process excellence initiatives across Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management operations. This leadership role will be responsible for establishing quality governance frameworks, driving operational excellence, improving client satisfaction,



ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading continuous improvement programs across multiple RCM service lines.
The ideal candidate will bring robust healthcare RCM expertise, quality management experience, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through quality transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Assurance and Process Excellence initiatives across Intake, Medical Billing, Payment Posting, AR Follow-Up, Denial Management, and Revenue Recovery operations.
• Establish and govern quality frameworks, audit methodologies, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Drive quality improvement strategies to enhance accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct business reviews and partner with operations leaders to improve quality performance.
• Lead client-facing quality discussions, audits, and governance meetings.
