About the Role

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving B2B lead generation for the US market, building meaningful client relationships, and creating new business opportunities. You will identify prospects, run outbound sales campaigns targeting US-based businesses, qualify leads, and contribute to our sales pipeline and revenue growth.

We’re looking for a proactive, target-oriented individual with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in technology-driven business solutions. This role offers valuable exposure to the US market and its business culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential B2B clients in the US through LinkedIn, email outreach, online databases, and other relevant channels.
• Outbound Sales Campaigns:



Execute structured outreach campaigns with personalized messaging to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
• Lead Qualification: Understand prospect requirements, assess business potential, and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
• Meeting & Demo Scheduling: Connect with prospects, initiate sales conversations, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate prospect records, update CRM systems, track follow-ups, and ensure proper pipeline visibility.
• Database Management: Build, maintain, and regularly update prospect databases to support ongoing sales activities.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish professional relationships with prospects, understand their business challenges, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify potential opportunities to introduce additional services or solutions to existing and prospective clients.
• Market Research: Monitor
