JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role: E-commerce Order Management Executive
Company: Ensemble
Experience: 2 years’ experience
Reports to: Head - Ecommerce
Location: Kalaghoda, Mumbai

Job PurposeTo manage online orders efficiently, ensuring accurate order processing,



timely dispatch, inventory coordination, and smooth order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities• Process and monitor orders received through the company website and online marketplaces.
• Check product availability and coordinate with stores and warehouse for order fulfilment.
• Coordinate packing, invoicing, dispatch, and shipment tracking with courier partners.
• Manage order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refund coordination.
• Update order status and inventory records in the system.
• Coordinate with customer service, retail stores, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Prepare daily MIS reports on orders received, dispatched, pending, cancelled, and returned.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment and a premium customer experience.

Qualification & Experience• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or order management
