Role Description This is a full time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in Bilimora. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries and issues across phone, email, chat, and online platforms, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.



Responsibilities include providing product information, assisting with order status, returns, and exchanges, and documenting interactions in support systems. The role involves resolving complaints, escalating complex cases when required, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Executive will collaborate with sales, logistics, and e-commerce teams, maintain service quality standards, and contribute feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
