Job description
Responsibilities
• Onboard new clients including fleet operators and transporters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including OEMs, dealers, and distributors
• Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall company objective
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry




• Demonstrable experience working with OEMS
• Strong understanding of the automobile market, industry trends, and customer
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suites
• Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of sales techniques and methodology
• Hindi Speaking is a Must.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
