Compensation & Incentives• Fixed stipend: ₹5,000 per month.
• ₹200 for every qualified demo attended by a prospect.
• ₹2,000–₹5,000 for every customer successfully converted, subject to the agreed qualification and attribution criteria.
• Additional performance-based bonuses may be offered for achieving agreed targets.
There is no cap on performance-based incentives. Incentives are tied to measurable business outcomes.

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Intern to help us explore and grow our presence in the US market.
What You’ll Do• Prospect Research: Identify potential customers, businesses, agencies, and decision-makers in the US market.
• Outbound Sales: Reach out to prospects through cold email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other relevant channels.
• Lead Qualification: Understand business workflows, customer engagement challenges, existing tools, and potential use cases for Socavi.
• Demo Booking: Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations with interested prospects.
• Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with prospects and help move opportunities forward.
• Customer Discovery: Speak with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs, current processes, budgets, and willingness to adopt AI-powered solutions.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate prospect records, outreach activity, responses, follow-ups, and demo outcomes.
