Job Summary
The Reporting and Analytics SME provides expertise in data analysis, dashboarding, and reporting frameworks. The role ensures high-quality reporting standards, manages complex analytics requirements, and drives automation and governance across HR reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as SME for reporting and analytics processes
• Design and develop dashboards and automated reporting solutions
• Handle complex ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests
• Ensure data quality, validation, and governance compliance
• Support audits and compliance reporting requirements
• Drive reporting standardization and process improvements
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• HRIS Reporting Analyst / BI Developer
• • OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI): analyses, dashboards, subject area knowledge, filters/prompts, drill-downs; building self-service reports for HR users
• • BIP (BI Publisher): data models (SQL against HCM tables/views), RTF/Excel/eText templates, bursting, scheduled delivery; used for high-volume formatted output (letters, statements, extracts)




• • FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence / Oracle Analytics for Fusion HCM): prebuilt KPIs and semantic model, data augmentation, custom subject areas, ML/predictive HR insights, data pipelines and warehouse refresh
• • HCM Extracts for outbound integrations and complex file generation
• • SQL proficiency and understanding of the HCM physical/logical data model and security context (data is role-filtered)
• • OTBI vs. BIP vs. FDI selection judgment (real-time transactional vs. formatted bulk vs. warehouse/historical-trend)
• • Data visualization (Oracle Analytics workbooks), DV projects
• • Security awareness: how data roles and security profiles affect report results
• • Quarterly release impact testing on reports

Required Qualifications
Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / BCA / Statistics / IT preferred)

Experience Requirements
4–7 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or HR data management
