We are looking for an experienced and responsible professional to manage the overall work area, production, design, and quality control activities related to electric motor manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage the work area, ensuring proper safety, and workplace organization.




• Coordinate and monitor electric motor production processes.
• Handle design-related activities, technical drawings, and engineering requirements.
• Ensure quality control and inspection of electric motors at various stages of production.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the production, design, and QC teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 5–15 years of relevant experience in electric motor manufacturing.
• Positive knowledge of production processes, mechanical design, and quality control.
• Ability to manage the shop floor and coordinate with different teams.
