Role Description The Senior Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role involves engaging with prospective learners via phone, email, and online channels to understand their educational and career goals, provide detailed information about programs,
and guide them through the enrollment process. The Senior Inside Sales Representative will manage leads from first contact to closure, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and follow up consistently to maximize conversions. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling calls, addressing queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and coordinating with academic and operations teams to deliver a smooth learner experience. The role also includes mentoring junior sales team members, contributing to sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding individual and team targets.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, with the ability to handle end-to-end sales cycles for education or similar services.
• Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential learners through multiple communication channels.
