RSA - Software Principle Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

RSA Governance and Lifecycle product team is looking for a seasoned Principal Engineer, who has a full stack Java development experience, with a robust hands on experience in React, and exposure to Oracle database working knowledge. The engineer is expected to work with other stake holders and is responsible for planning, design, development, testing and documentation of modules or features in the RSA GL product. The engineer is expected to lead the projects and deliver them with high quality and on schedule. Exposure to identity management domain and AI tools/platform use in product development is a plus.

• The Java Specialist: Deep expertise in Java (Core and Enterprise) and common frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate). You should be able to read and debug complex code
• Strong experience in React UI
• PKI Architecture : Hands on skills in design and maintenance of the Public Key Infrastructure - Integration between Certificate Authorities (CAs), Registration Authorities (RAs), and the Java application layer.
• Security Native:



Strong understanding of the OWASP Top 10 and common attack vectors (XSS, SQLi, CSRF, SSRF, Deserialization flaws).
• The Tooling: Experience with SAST, DAST, and SCA tools (e.g., Nessus, Veracode, or Burp Suite).
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Familiarity with securing cloud-native applications (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong skills in designing software components and engineering them
Customer Escalation handling(technical) experience
• Exposure to SAFe/Agile development
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS)
• Exposure to Oracle 19c/26ai (container DB) is a plus
• Experience : 9-12 years
