Role Description The Client Relationship Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with AVM Tax Inc.’s services.
Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, explaining tax services and processes, coordinating with tax professionals to address client needs, and tracking client issues to resolution. The role also involves presenting service options, supporting clients through the tax preparation cycle, maintaining accurate client records, and identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement. The Client Relationship Officer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and support business growth.
