Role Description The Chartered Accountant – Senior Auditor (Statutory and Internal Audit Department) will lead and execute statutory and internal audits for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning audit engagements, performing risk assessments, reviewing financial statements and supporting documents, testing controls and transactions,



and preparing detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations. The role involves supervising and mentoring junior audit staff, coordinating with client management, addressing audit queries, and supporting process improvements. The position also includes ensuring timely completion of assignments, maintaining documentation, and contributing to the firm’s quality and compliance standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.
Qualifications

• Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant post-qualification experience in statutory and internal audit.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards, audit standards, tax regulations, and corporate laws applicable in India.
• Proficiency in audit planning, risk assessment, internal control evaluation, and preparation of audit working papers and reports.
• Hands-on experience with accounting and audit software, MS Excel, and other productivity tools.
