We're hiring AEM Content Authors to work on enterprise projects. AEM as a Cloud Service, multiple properties, a busy daily request queue. You'll take requests from intake to published page, fast and accurately.
About Power Commerce
Power Commerce builds and operates digital platforms for category-leading brands. Our team has shipped work for Pepsi, Condé Nast, Fenty Beauty, Billie Eilish, and dozens of high-growth DTC and enterprise clients. We pair deep platform expertise with an agentic, AI-native delivery model: people who orchestrate, validate, and ship, not just write tickets.
The Role
You'll build and update pages, manage assets, and publish. When a component needs a small tweak, you can read the markup and fix it rather than waiting on a developer.
What you'll do
• Build and update pages in AEM using components, templates and experience fragments
• Manage assets in AEM Assets (DAM), including images, PDFs and video
• Take content requests from intake to publishing, then QA your own work
• Make small front-end fixes in HTML and CSS when a component needs adjusting
• Apply SEO basics: metadata, headings, alt text, internal links and redirects
• Keep pages accessible (WCAG 2.2 AA) and consistent with brand guidelines
• Support localized versions of the sites and occasional WordPress updates
What you bring
• 2+ years of hands-on AEM authoring, ideally on a large multi-site setup
• Solid HTML and CSS; you're comfortable reading and editing markup
• An organized way of working through a busy request queue (Monday.com, Jira or similar)
• Solid attention to detail, and English good enough to edit copy
Nice to have
• WordPress, Adobe Target and basic JavaScript
• Experience with translation workflows
• Adobe Experience Manager Sites certification (Business Practitioner or Author)
