HolboxAI is looking for passionate AI researchers and engineers who enjoy exploring the fundamentals of AI, implementing research ideas, and solving challenging problems through rigorous experimentation.
This is a project-based opportunity to work on advanced AI research and model development alongside our team.

What you'll work on :-
• Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning
• Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision-Language Models (VLMs)
• Multimodal AI, reasoning, and model optimization
• Model training and post-training techniques, including RLHF, DPO, and GRPO
• Research paper implementation, algorithm development, and experimental evaluation
• Building training and evaluation pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and GPU infrastructure.

What we're looking for :-
• Strong mathematical foundations
• A solid understanding of deep learning fundamentals and Transformer architectures




• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch
• Understanding of reinforcement learning fundamentals
• The ability to read research papers, reproduce results, and implement algorithms from first principles
• A solid interest in AI research, experimentation, and problem-solving

Work Location: On-site at our office.

Engagement: Project-based.
