We work with Series A–C startups, scale-ups and enterprises across fintech, banking, SaaS, e-commerce, real estate, mobility, food tech, healthtech, logistics, insurance, retail, education and travel.

Headquartered in Dubai, we serve international markets through an embedded growth model that connects acquisition, activation and retention rather than optimizing channels in isolation.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS

We are hiring a Marketing Manager, Brand and Content. This is a senior marketing role: you run the brand and content function, and decide how Velocity Growth and a select set of its clients look, sound and show up across every channel.

This role is: a senior marketing manager role that owns brand, creative and content, and leads a small team of designers, editors, creators and freelancers.
This role works closely with: our growth and performance leads, who own paid media, funnels and experiments. You shape the creative, messaging and content that their work depends on.
This role is not: a performance marketing or growth analytics role. It’s a plus if you have a working grasp of the fundamentals so you can brief, read results and challenge specialists. You do not need to own performance numbers.

You will also build the workflows, agents and automations that let a lean team produce at the level of a much larger one. You will work directly with the founders, build functions from the ground up, and pick up a long list of open items from day one. There is no playbook waiting for you. We are looking for a self-starter who picks them
