Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Midnapore. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and presenting construction services that align with customer needs. The Specialist will support the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, prepare proposals and quotations,



and follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed projects. Daily tasks include coordinating client meetings, managing inquiries, providing accurate information about services and pricing, and collaborating with project and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to execution. The role also includes tracking sales performance, maintaining records in CRM or sales tools, and participating in training or meetings to stay updated on company offerings and market trends.
