Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Visa Consultant – Tourist & Business Visas. The Senior Visa Consultant will manage end-to-end visa processing for tourist and business travelers, including document verification, form completion, appointment scheduling, and application submission. The role involves advising clients on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and timelines, while addressing immigration-related queries and mitigating potential issues.



The consultant will maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations across multiple countries, coordinate with embassies and consulates, and ensure accurate records of all applications. The position also includes providing clear communication to clients, handling escalations, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to process improvements for visa services.
