Zudu AI builds enterprise voice automation using AI agents. All Time Design provides subscription design services across graphic design, motion, UI/UX, and presentations. This role works directly with the founder across both businesses and selected personal priorities.
The role
We are looking for a smart, curious, dependable intern who enjoys figuring things out and getting work done. You will work directly with the founder on business tasks, team follow-ups, research, and selected personal coordination.
You will start with clear priorities and guidance, then take on more responsibility as you learn. We value initiative, clear communication, and reliable follow-through. When something is unfamiliar, research it, ask focused questions, and suggest a next step.
What you will do
Task execution and business support
Turn discussions and voice notes into a transparent task list. Confirm the expected outcome, break work into steps, and track deadlines.
Help with customer follow-ups, vendor coordination, interview scheduling, records, and small business projects.



Complete assigned work and check the details before marking it done.
Team coordination and follow through
Collect updates from team members, follow up on agreed deadlines, and help coordinate meetings and next steps. Flag delays and unresolved issues to the founder.
Keep a simple tracker of tasks, owners, and deadlines. Share concise updates showing what is complete, what is pending, and where you need help.
Research and problem solving
Research tools, vendors, products, and business opportunities using credible sources. Compare options, costs, and benefits, then suggest a practical next step.
Prepare short summaries, comparison sheets, and presentations. Use AI tools to work efficiently and verify important facts before sharing a recommendation.
Founder support and organization
Help organize schedules, prepare meeting notes, draft messages for review, and capture decisions and follow-up actions.
