The role
This is a full-time, remote Video Editor role. You’ll edit short-form content for our real estate clients and for our founder’s personal brand. The work is high-volume and fast-paced, and clear systems make it manageable.

What you’ll do
• Edit 70-75 short-form reels a month for Instagram and Meta ads
• Edit mostly talking-head videos with hooks, captions, b-roll, music and clean cuts
• Work from our templates, style guide and footage checklists
• Deliver each edit within 24 hours of receiving footage
• Make 2 hook versions per video for trial reels, so we can post the winner
• Apply feedback quickly and keep revisions to 2 rounds or fewer




• Keep files and the delivery board organised so the account manager always knows where each video stands

What we’re looking for
• 1+ years editing short-form content, with a portfolio of reels you can share
• Proven speed: you’ve delivered 50+ reels a month before
• A strong sense of hooks, pacing and retention in the first 3 seconds
• Comfortable with Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
• Reliable with deadlines and quick to respond during working hours
• Bonus: experience with real estate, ads or founder-led content
