*About the Role:*

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Lead – Human Resources to oversee and drive the organization's HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, payroll coordination, and strategic HR initiatives while supporting business growth and organizational culture.

*Key Responsibilties:*

*1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning*

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments.




Partner with leadership to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
DDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to attract relevant and high-quality talent.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and pre-joining coordination.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Monitor hiring metrics and recruitment effectiveness.

*2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management*

Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, performance reviews, and exit processes.
Ensure smooth and structured employee onboarding, including documentation, HR induction, HRMS creation, policy communication, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
