About the Role

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for nurturing long-term partnerships with our clients across diverse industries - from footwear and automotive to industrial manufacturing. You will translate client needs into solutions, ensuring that our 400+ product portfolio is effectively communicated to provide optimal value.
Key Responsibilities
• Single Point of Contact: Serve as the dedicated, primary point of contact for all assigned clients, ensuring they have a seamless and consistent experience with Rajshila.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through proactive and professional communication.
• CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate client records, track interactions, and manage follow-ups diligently using the company’s internal CRM system.
• Solution-Oriented Consultations:
Engage with clients to understand their manufacturing challenges and guide them toward the right materials (Polymers, Synthetic/Natural Rubber, etc.) from our extensive range.
• Order & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and seamless procurement experiences for our partners.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with clients to help them stay competitive in their respective markets.
• Technical Bridging: Act as the vital link between our clients and our internal technical support team to resolve product-related queries effectively.
