Role Description The Founding Lead Barista and Centre Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Barista Kraft Academy in Delhi. This role combines advanced barista responsibilities with day-to-day centre management, including overseeing café-style training operations,



coordinating class schedules, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality learner experience. The individual will lead by example during practical sessions, preparing espresso-based beverages, demonstrating manual brewing methods, maintaining equipment, and upholding hygiene and safety standards. Daily tasks include supervising staff and trainees, managing inventory and supplies, handling customer and student queries, and supporting curriculum delivery alongside trainers. The role also involves contributing to academy process improvements, supporting events and workshops, and maintaining a welcoming, qualified environment aligned with the academy’s educational mission.
Qualifications
