Job Description

The role will focus on building and scaling strategic partnerships with higher-education institutions and driving business growth for the College Connect business.

A Few Key Areas Of Responsibility Include

• Identify, engage, and build strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and higher-education institutions.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand L&T; EduTech’s presence across the higher-education ecosystem.
• Build relationships with key academic and institutional stakeholders, including Vice Chancellors, Deans, Directors, Principals, Placement Heads, and senior leadership.




• Understand institutional requirements and present relevant L&T; EduTech solutions across academic programs, industry-aligned learning, skilling, assessments, and technology-enabled offerings.
• Manage the complete partnership lifecycle — from prospect identification and initial engagement through negotiation, onboarding, implementation, and long-term relationship management.
• Identify opportunities for curriculum integration, industry-academia initiatives, certification programs, employability initiatives, faculty development, and co-branded programs.
• Drive partnership-led business growth through prospect identification, proposal development, commercial discussions, negotiations, and achievement of business targets.
• Stay abreast of higher-education trends, market developments, institutional needs, and emerging partnership opportunities.
