Buzzing is a real estate performance marketing and AI automation agency. We help developers, realtors, and channel partners across India, the UK, and the US generate quality leads and convert them. We've run campaigns for projects by HOABL, Sobha, Godrej, L&T; Realty, and Maxvel Group, and we bring real estate leads in at ₹50 to ₹60 per lead when the market usually pays ₹100 to ₹200.
The role
You'll own paid marketing for our clients, with Meta ads at the core and Google and other channels where they make sense. You'll work directly with the founder, who runs these campaigns hands-on, and learn exactly how we get those numbers.
What you'll do
• Plan, build, and manage Meta ad campaigns for real estate clients
• Run Google Search, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns where they fit
• Set up audiences,
creatives, lead forms, landing pages, and tracking (Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, Tag Manager)
• Track CPL, lead quality, and cost per site visit, and optimise daily
• Test creatives, audiences, and landing pages, and report what's working
• Work with our content team on ad scripts and creative direction
• Share simple weekly performance reports with clients
• Make sure leads reach the client's CRM or AI calling system on time
What we're looking for
• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, with real money spent (agency, freelance, or your own projects all count)
• Basic working knowledge of Google Ads and conversion tracking
• Real estate experience is a plus, not a must
• You care about lead quality, not just low CPL
• Comfortable with numbers and can explain results in plain language
• Reliable while working remotely, with clear daily updates
