Skills And Competencies





• Strong strategic leadership and people-management capabilities, including the ability to coach leaders, build organizational capability, and develop high-performing teams across multiple geographies
• Deep understanding of data management, data quality, coverage, enrichment, remediation, governance, lineage, and operational controls in a complex, large-scale data environment
• Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, define measurable outcomes, manage capacity, and facilitate portfolio trade-off decisions based on strategic value, customer impact, and risk
• Solid stakeholder-management and influencing skills, including the ability to build alignment across senior, cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Governance
• Working knowledge of SQL and modern data and analytics platforms, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and generative AI tools such as Copilot; experience with Pyth
