Execute assignments in a culture that is shared and collaborative across all divisions within TSLC . 4. Charts Prepare new charts for admissions  Maintaining proper forms in charts required for community use  Assign admission numbers per our registry for MDI  Prepare a manila folder and index card for each admission  Take pictures of the resident for MARS/TARS a
