About the Role

We are looking for a Creative & Ad Creative Specialist who can take ownership of our daily creative production, creative research, copy testing, and performance-driven content generation across multiple brands.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of direct-response marketing, advertising creatives, social media content, and performance marketing. This person will be responsible for continuously finding new creative angles, repurposing existing content, developing new ad concepts, and improving winning creatives through systematic testing.
The role requires someone who is highly execution-oriented, creative, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Production: Deliver daily brand creatives; develop fresh concepts aligned with campaigns and brand positioning.
Coordination: Manage video/creative timelines; liaise with editors and team to avoid delays.
Quality Control: Review all creatives for copy, visuals, branding, subtitles, CTAs, and formatting before release.
Repurposing:



Transform existing content into new scripts, formats, and messaging opportunities.
Copy & Creative Testing: Experiment with hooks, CTAs, offers, and structures; systematically test across platforms.
Research: Track competitor ads, trends, and consumer psychology; maintain a repository of winning references.
Performance Focus: Prioritize high-performing creatives; analyze results, iterate on winners, and apply learnings to future work.
