Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Varanasi, responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for solar products and solutions within the assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key customers, and conducting regular field visits.



The role involves presenting product offerings, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals, while ensuring a high standard of customer service and timely follow-up. The Area Sales Manager will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, demand forecasting, and after-sales support. The position also includes meeting sales targets, reporting performance metrics, and maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
