Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with real estate developers,



and expanding BrainWing’s presence in key markets. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare and deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations, and collaborate with internal creative and production teams to align solutions with client needs. Day-to-day activities include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The role also involves representing the company at industry events, coordinating client meetings and demos, and ensuring a high standard of client service and follow-up.
