What you'll do
Customer Support
• Answer pre-sales questions and help customers choose the right product.
• Resolve post-sales queries related to orders, installations, troubleshooting, and product usage.

Inside Sales
• Schedule product demos and follow up with leads.
• Handle customer queries and objections and follow up until deal closure.




• Manage customer communication from enquiry to order confirmation and installation.
• Share quotations, update Odoo, and ensure billing and order confirmation.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, installation, technical, and support teams.

Multi-channel Support
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and chat.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved on time.
• Deliver a qualified, friendly, and consistent support experience.

CRM & Documentation
• Record customer interactions and update the CRM accurately.
• Track open cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve products and processes.

Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the sales, logistics, and technical teams to resolve customer issues.
• Share customer feedback that helps improve the overall customer experience.
