We are currently seeking a Technical Solns.Arch. Specialist Advisor - PKI / Entra / CyberArk / SailPoint to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud (ISC) professional to provide senior-level technical ownership for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) services. The role will be responsible for solution design, implementation, complex troubleshooting, integrations, automation, platform optimization, and technical leadership across the SailPoint ISC environment.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling complex IAM/IGA requirements, leading technical discussions with clients and application teams, driving major incidents and problem management, and providing technical guidance to L2/L3 engineers.

Key Responsibilities





• Provide L3/G11 technical ownership for SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

• Design, implement and support enterprise-scale IGA solutions using SailPoint ISC.

• Own complex identity lifecycle management including Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes.

• Design and maintain identity profiles, lifecycle states, roles, access profiles and governance policies.

• Configure and troubleshoot source and application integrations using available ISC connectors and APIs.

• Integrate SailPoint ISC with Active Directory, Entra ID, HR systems, applications and other enterprise platforms.

• Develop and maintain aggregation, provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.

• Configure and troubleshoot IdentityNow/ISC workflows, transforms, rules and policies.

• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Web Services and SailPoint APIs.
