We're looking for a Senior Technical Writer with 6+ years of experience in the medical, healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry. If you're passionate about transforming complex information into clear, user-friendly documentation and enjoy working with cutting-edge technologies, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain user guides, manuals, online help, and knowledge base content.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate, high-quality documentation.

• Manage structured content using XML authoring tools and CCMS platforms.

• Use AI-powered authoring tools to improve content quality and efficiency.

• Develop templates, standards, and reusable content.

• Support documentation for software,



cloud-based, AI-enabled, and medical products.

Qualifications:
• 6+ years of technical writing experience in a regulated medical or life sciences environment.

• Strong technical writing and content management skills.

• Experience with Oxygen XML, Astoria CCMS, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop.

• Hands-on use of Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.

• Experience creating structured, AI-ready content.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Jira, and ServiceNow.

• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have
• Experience with medical devices, healthcare software, or other regulated products.

• Knowledge of Docs-as-Code, Git, Markdown, APIs, Cloud Services, and AI/ML technologies.

• Familiarity with ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA, MDR/IVDR, GDPR, and HIPAA.
