About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager with a strong understanding of technology and proven experience in client relationship and account management within IT services or professional services companies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building long-term relationships, understanding client business and technical requirements,



and identifying opportunities to expand existing engagements through farming, upselling, and cross-selling. The role requires someone who can confidently engage with clients and internal technical teams, understand how IT services organizations operate, and ensure a balance between client satisfaction, service delivery, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1.Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted point of contact for their business and technical requirements.

2.Understand client business objectives, technology needs, and ongoing engagements to identify opportunities for account growth through farming, upselling, and cross-selling.

3.Work closely with technical, engineering, project management, and delivery teams to align client expectations with proposed solutions and service capabilities.
