Position Summary

Responsible for managing the operations of the finance departments, and ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and on time

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting and work flows for different departments
• Ensure timely and accurate book-keeping for Marriott Hotels India Pvt. Ltd. or any of its affiliates
• Ensure financial accounting is compliant to standards and is done timely
• Review the Salary and related data for the employees and support in payroll processing basis inputs received from HR and payroll consultant. To pay all employee related dues including PF, P Tax, MLWF and provide for Gratuity and Leave encashment as necessary
• Ensure legal standards are followed in all activities of the department




• To be responsible for financial reporting and maintaining an MIS
• Manage and review all Marriott contracts with Vendors/ Third parties or with Affiliates as necessary.
• Raise monthly invoices towards fees, Charge-outs, etc to hotel or group companies as per the terms of the contract.
• Perform GST monthly, Quarterly and Annual reconciliations for GSTR 1, GSTR 3B and ensure the return files and the records as per books of accounts match.
• Record and report all Direct and Indirect tax related compliances including GST, TDS, etc.
• Record Insurance and other employee related expenses for employees including incentives to employees.
• Manage Day-to Day accounts and ensure accurate reporting of financial statements on monthly basis.
• Manage the P&L; Statements by department on monthly basis.
• Assist in Completing the Internal and Statutory Audit and provide necessary details as may be required by the Auditors.
