- Dispense medications to patients according to prescriptions and provide guidance on usage.
- Monitor patient health and report any adverse reactions or concerns to medical professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including medication dispensed and dosage instructions.
- Provide counseling to patients on proper use of medications, potential side effects, and lifestyle changes.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from an accredited institution.
- 0-15 years of experience as a pharmacist in a hospital setting.
- Robust knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
